Kathy was so kind and helpful while we were in the process of buying our first home! She helped us sell our home a couple years later as well and went above and beyond, hosting multiple open houses, finding repair people, and managing people working on the house when we had to move out before we closed. She was so quick to communicate with us on everything which was a major help as well. Kathy worked so hard for us both buying and selling, and we could not be more grateful!

My partner and I were first time homebuyers and while we did some research prior to starting the journey, we will still very overwhelmed with everything that went into the process. Kathy was recommended to us by a coworker of mine and what a fantastic recommendation she is! She helped us from the very first baby steps to looking at homes to the final signing of paperwork. Kathy Patton was phenomenal to work with. We moved to Little Rock just under a year ago with the hopes of buying a house within our first year. We met Kathy at an open house and my wife and I decided that she seem amazing and that we wanted to work with her.
